Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer standard shipping which will be selected at checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes [6-8] business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- The BioFit Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- The BioFit Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Packages:
- If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at thebiotfitstoreinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of placing your order. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions:
- At this time, we only ship to addresses within the US. We do not ship to international destinations.
